About Us

Our Mission

Our mission is for each client of ours to be fully “Engaged in Life”.

Our Vision

To provide diverse support and care that radically uplifts the quality of life and help clients manifest a fulfilling life through our compassionate homecare service and kind interactions.

Inspired to Care

Meltresia Sanders founded Traveling Grace Homecare in honor of her grandmother, Anna M. Jackson. Mae was the loving matriarch of a large family, and she showered love on her grandchildren by inviting them into her daily activities of cooking, cleaning, and their Saturday outings to shopping stores.

As Mae aged, her health started to decline and she was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease that left her unable to care for herself any longer. She was moved into a home with one of her sons and her children took turns caring for her. As her condition worsened, her baby daughter Cassandra and granddaughter Meltresia were in the process of trying to become her Caregiver, which would have required Cassandra to be out of work. In the process, Mrs. Anna M. Jackson passed before they could get things together. That difficult experience stirred a passion in Meltresia's heart to help others age in their own homes for as long as possible.

Meltresia's mission is not just to provide basic home care services, but to help aging adults, veterans, and people with disabilities live full and satisfying lives with the help of caregivers who respect them as individuals.

Treating Everyone Like Family

As someone who worked in the Healthcare field, Meltresia also understands that caregiving employees deserve respect and a positive work environment. People have a better day at work when they feel like their voices are being heard, when they enjoy the people around them, and when their work is properly compensated.

At TGHC Agency LLC, Grace means allowing caregivers and clients to gracefully choose each other through the companion match guarantee. It means providing training and learning opportunities to all staff. It means respecting the changing needs of clients. And it means treating everyone the way Mae would have – like family.
